Sizing & Care

Most of The Sunday Shoes fit true to size and are available in EU sizes. Sizing may vary across styles due to the fabric type and to the hand-stitched nature of our shoes. The best way to clean your slippers is to gently wipe with a dry cloth or dry velvet–safe brush. If slippers become wet, shake off excess moisture and allow to air dry.
Whilst the rubber sole allows them to be worn outdoors, the Sunday Shoe is not suitable for wet weather conditions.

Shipping within Australia

Orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post.
Standard Shipping – $10
 Delivery by 2 days to all metro areas.
Other locations and/or more remote will likely be delivered within 4-5 business days.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping for orders above $300 AUD.

Shipping outside of Australia

We offer a flat rate of $50 for all international orders outside Australia.

Orders outside Australia are shipped via International Registered Post and can take from 7-10 business days. Signature on delivery and extra insurance can be added upon request with additional charges.

All International purchases are exempt from Australian taxes. Prices do not include overseas customs duties or taxes that may incur.

Orders can be tracked through the Australia Post website. Once your item has been dispatched we will notify you via email or text message with your order tracking number. If notified via email, please check your spam/junk mail folders for order confirmations and tracking information.

Please Note

The above delivery times are estimates only and Global Provisions Pty Ltd cannot be accountable for late deliveries. Please provide correct shipping/delivery information as we will not be held responsible for incorrectly entered addresses or an address that is not recognised by Australia Post or International Registered Post. We are unable to redirect orders after items have been dispatched and we cannot refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

All major credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express ( Stripe Payment ).

We do not receive funds for declined transactions, though these charges may still appear on your account as pending or processing. Declined charges are cleared, after which those funds become available again. This process usually takes a few days.

If you feel the decline was in error, please retry with same card, or use another payment method.

Return Policy

Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for change of mind.
Final sale items are not eligible for a return.
We cannot accept returns of personalized or custom items.

By placing an order, you automatically agree to these terms and policies. If you purchased with another retailer, please contact them directly to coordinate a return.
